某工业园区污水处理厂及生态安全缓冲区工程设计

The wastewater treatment plant from an industrial park was designed with a capacity of 60 000 m/d (divided into two phases), with phase Ⅰ handling 30 000 m/d, primarily for treating photovoltaic industry wastewater. Based on water quality of influent and discharge standards, the design employed a combined process of high-density sedimentation hydrolytic acidification AAO high-density sedimentation ozonation biological filtration, supplemented by an ecological safety buffer zone. The ecological safety buffer zone adopted a surface flow constructed wetland, designed for the total discharge capacity of both phases (42 000 m/d). The two-stage high-density sedimentation process ensured fluoride compliance (≤1.5 mg/L), ozonation coupled with biological filtration degraded recalcitrant COD, and the ecological buffer zone further purified the effluent. Over nearly one year of operation, the average effluent COD was 18 mg/L and fluoride was 1.1 mg/L, meeting all Class A standards specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (DB 32/4440—2022) in Jiangsu Province. The system was operated stably, which demonstrated strong resistance to shock loads, and consistently achieved compliant effluent quality. With treatment cost of 4.2 yuan/t, the project demonstrated environmental, social, and economic benefits, serving as a model for high-standard treatment and ecological transformation of industrial fluoride-containing wastewater.
